From April 2025, Citizens Advice are the statutory advocate and advice provider for heat network consumers in England and Wales. We provide advice to heat network consumers via a specialist team in our Consumer Service phone line and via our website. We draw on data from our advice services and conduct wider research to understand consumer experiences of heat networks and work with government, the regulator and industry to improve outcomes for heat network users.
