We advise throughout the project lifecycle from preparation of business cases and strategies through contracting with end users and customers, to disposal, project termination or expiry.

• advising on selecting and structuring delivery models (including wholly owned, joint ventures, SPVs, TECKALs, and concessions)
• advising on financing (including grants and loans)
• governance (both internal and of the selected delivery model)
• property arrangements (including leases, easements and wayleaves)
• procurement strategies and procedures (including supporting throughout the procurement lifecycle)
• post-procurement contract management, disposals and dispute avoidance.

We develop and/or negotiate all necessary agreements including:

• for shareholder and corporate structuring arrangements
• funding agreements
• construction, design and build, operation and maintenance, and development agreements, as well as supply agreements (including for voids, common parts, commercial units and residential customers)
• metering and billing (internally managed and outsourced)
• energy supply and off-take arrangements including for existing and innovative energy sources such as energy from waste, waste water, data centres and iDNO solutions
• multi-utility solutions.

We work across a range of technologies including CHP, biomass, geothermal, heat pumps and a variety of heat-off-take arrangements including energy from waste and water utility/effluent treatment, data centres and regeneration schemes (including iDNO solutions).
