Billing & reconciliation – LanTen would send monthly reports on a meter usage and if it is for prepayment methods we would send funds from our client account to the client. We can also do billing for credit billing methods using our in house software that provides ease in bill creation and estimation

Plant room maintenance – Not only can LanTen look after your metering we can also look after the whole district heating network for your site with access to our engineers that are experts in plant room and HIU (Heat interface unit) problems plus maintenance.
