The City of London Corporation (COLC) are pleased to announce that a tender to appoint a Heat Network Development Partner in the Square Mile is now live (16/12/2025). The COLC procurement forms part of the Governments Advanced Zoning Programme. The AZP Competition area includes a maximum annual heat demand of 814 GWh with a potential to connect to 687 buildings.
