Details

Liverpool City Council is proud to be one of the pioneering local authorities selected to participate in the Government’s Advanced Zoning Programme. As you may be aware, Liverpool City Council recently ran a successful in person bidders day in Liverpool where we provided an overview of our reference scheme and the upcoming Procurement opportunity for a Zonal Developer. We thank all of those who attended and enquired.

Liverpool City Council has now progressed to launching Procurement and the tender link is now live: https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/013229-2026?origin=Dashboard.

The submission deadline for the Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ) is on 16th March 2026 at 12:00 (midday). Specific clarifications and questions for Procurement will be managed via the Proactis “The Chest” platform. Anyone that isn’t already registered can do so via the link below.
