Sheffield City Council is hosting a preliminary market engagement session to provide information of their planned forthcoming procurement for a Development Partner.
As part of DESNZ’s Advanced Zoning Programme, Sheffield City Council have been working with their advisors to identify a zonal scale heat network opportunity within Sheffield, the area of which will be the subject of the procurement for a Development Partner to undertake development services under a Development Agreement Only model.
The online event is taking place at 09:00 – 10:00 on Tuesday 3 March 2026.
