As one of the leading seven local authorities participating in the Government’s Advanced Zoning Programme, Stockport Council is pleased to present our opportunity for a Green Heat Network Fund supported scheme with potential to become a zonal-scale heat network.
Stockport Council is looking to enter into a Development Agreement with a Development & Funding Partner to participate in a procurement process using the DESNZ standard Development Agreement Route to Market. Invitation to tender documents for the procurement will be issued at the end of October.
To support bidders in the process, an online event has been organised for Monday 8 September 10 - 11am. Senior officers from Stockport Council and advisors will present an outline of the scheme and the exciting opportunity it will bring to support the growth and development of the town.
